Booms from the SILVER line are made of extremely durable aluminum 7075. All aluminum elements have been joined together using the BONDED technology, which consists in "welding" pipes and head using a special glue used in space shuttles. The aluminum tube in the front of the boom has the profile of a circle, while the end part is flattened. This combination making the boom stiffer by 30%. The iFRONT 2.0 head helped to reduce weight and improve comfort. All these elements make the boom very stiff and durable. In addition, special foam prevents damage during the rigging.
